Sundials information
When the sun is at its highest point in the sky,
the time is noon. When it reaches that point again, roughly 24
hours later, one day has elapsed. As the sun moves across the sky,
a corresponding shadow falls across the sundial, enabling you to
tell the time. It’s a lot more poetic than a wristwatch or
battery clock.
