The classic design of this beautifully weathered wooden garden bench is in the style of Sir Edwin Lutyens, a British architect famous for his country house designs, public buildings and war memorials including the London’s Cenotaph.

His early work was in the Arts and Crafts style and his designs include Great Dixter, Tigbourne Court and Castle Drogo, often working alongside landscape designer Gertrude Jekyll.

This beautiful piece of antique wooden garden furniture with its attractive rolled arms is covered with moss and lichen. It seats three people.
